Task one


  1. Watch the YouTube videos on Discussion Board Netiquette and 7 Email Etiquette Tips.
  2. Once you have watched both videos, summarize the top 5 most important tips to remember when using electronic communication.

  1.  Watch the netiquette Rules for Acronyms and Emoticons.
  2. After watching the video, compile a list of acronyms and emoticons that may be confusing to the recipient if they do not know the meaning. You may also compile a list the consists of acronyms and emoticons that you learned about during your research.
