What is Cyberbullying?

Every day hundreds, even thousands of children partake in bullying others, or
are victims of the most popular form of bullying these days known as online
cyberbullying. The impact of technology continues to expand in the 21st century,
and the use of multimedia is exposing students to new things everyday (Wade &
Beran, 2011). But what exactly is cyberbullying? As you view these websites that
discuss what cyberbullying is and how to prevent it, please think about our community
and if you see your child or other students exposed to the harm inflicted from social
media sites or other technology.
